Ada is home to a wide variety of entertainment options ranging from car racing to bull riding to theatrical performances. 

Ada is home to the famous McSwain Theatre. The McSwain has been Ada's crow jewel of entertainment venues for almost 90 years. The theatre was built in 1920 and was in constant operation until the late 1980's. In 2002, the Chickasaw Nation acquired the theatre and completed extensive renovations to restore the theatre to it's 1920's glory.  Currently the McSwain hosts musical performances from a variety of well known talent, screens classic and indepedent movies, and other entertainment events. 

Located just outside Ada, the Oklahoma Sports Park is a 4/10 mile clay, oval track that has been hosting racing events since 1994. The track features IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, Sport Mods, Mini Modifieds and Pure Stock racing events. 

East Central University hosts a variety of sporting events and theatrical performances on their campus every year. The new Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center has brought numerous world class productions to the community since it opened in 2009. 

The Pontotoc County Agri-Plex & Convention Center is one of the state's premier event venues. The facilities include two arenas, two animal barns and a convention center. The Agri-Plex hosts live stock shows, auctions, conventions and meetings, and concerts.

Children can engage in a variety of family-friendly activities at the Lazer Zone. Lazer Zone is home to bowling, arcade games, mini golf, and laser tag. A food court provides dining options as well. The entire facility has been designed to be family-oriented. 

Ada is also home to the Cinemark Movie Theater which features a variety of new releases on its 6 screens. 

Adults can enjoy a variety of entertainment options ranging from dance halls, upscale bars, and two casinos all located within the Ada area.
